The use of our services certifies that you have read and agree to the following service terms:
This purchase will appear on your statement to Big Hand Brand (parent organization to INBOX Promotions). By using the services of Inbox Promotions, we cannot be held liable for successes or failures.
Right of refusal: Inbox Promotions reserves the right to refuse services based on our policy of ethical advertising at any time. We will refuse to broadcast any illegal, sexual, slanderous, hateful, discriminatory, or downright crude messages of any kind.
E-Blast Start Time Period: You may request a specific date or range of dates for your campaign to begin. Because of the nature of network servers, we cannot guarantee a specific date for launch (this is rare), and reserve the right to distribute delayed blasts within a 48 hour window after your desired date.
INBOX Promotions will distribute your approved html email on your desired date range and link all emails to the website of your choice. Our service ends at the click to your website. We cannot be held responsible for any occurrence after the viewer hits your site, including missed hits because of sites being down.
Campaign statistics including opens and clicks thru to your site can be delivered by request 12 days after the launch of your campaign. In the event that clicks generated to your website fall below a suitable level, we will provide you with a free blast to make up for the lack of clicks. Again, this is a rarity but we want to make sure you're happy.
We do not link to affiliate ads, sales sites, or cloaked pages.
In the unlikely event that we cannot deliver the number of emails ordered, + or - 20%, we will be glad to issue a refund for the email in question. We reserve the right to request proof prior to a refund. Stats and other third-party counters do not constitute relevant proof.
We very much like our clients and seek to provide the best service we can. If any of these terms are deemed inadequate by any parties, we will review them and make necessary hanges.
